Reiki: A Gentle Return To Yourself

Life moves fast. Between responsibilities, emotions, and the constant noise of the world around us, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves. Reiki offers a quiet space to come back home—to rest, to breathe, and to reconnect with the energy that flows through every part of who we are.

What is Reiki?

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports your body’s natural ability to heal and restore balance. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki helps shift stagnant energy, soothe the nervous system, and open the door to deeper clarity and peace.

It’s not about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about creating space for what’s already within you to rise, soften, and settle.

How I Practice

Each session begins with a simple, grounding moment—my hands resting gently on your shoulders to help us connect energetically. From there, I work hands-off, moving through the body’s energy field in a way that’s intuitive, nurturing, and deeply respectful. I start by focusing on the major chakras—the core energy centers that affect everything from our sense of safety to our ability to express love. Then, I move through larger areas of the body, helping energy flow more freely through the places we tend to hold stress, tension, or emotion.

Aftercare with Heart

Because I’m also a therapist, I understand how powerful this work can be. Sometimes Reiki brings up unexpected feelings, memories, or even insights that need space to land. That’s why every session includes decompression and aftercare—a space for grounding, conversation, and emotional integration. Whether you leave feeling lighter, stirred, or simply more yourself, you’ll never have to carry it alone—I’m here to walk alongside you in whatever comes up.

Why Reiki?

Reiki is for anyone seeking calm, connection, or just a quiet moment to breathe. It’s for the tender-hearted, the tired souls, and the curious ones who sense there’s more beneath the surface. It’s not about doing more—it’s about being held, seen, and supported.

Curious about Reiki or how it might support you? I’m here to answer your questions and walk you through what to expect. Healing starts with a single breath—and you don’t have to take it alone. Connect with me or watch the video below to learn more.
